Dr. Bharat Shah is a plastic surgeon with extensive training and experience with board certification in plastic surgery, otolaryngology, and facial plastic surgery. He is recognized as a regional leader in plastic surgery and has served his community for 25 years.
Training & Education
Upon completing medical school, Dr. Shah trained as a resident in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he developed the skills to be a meticulous surgeon and deliver world-class care. He completely devoted himself to studying the delicate anatomy of the face and neck. This experience motivated Dr. Shah to further focus his training, and he completed a one-year fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Dr. Shah has been in practice in Springfield, MO, since 1996. During that time, he also completed a Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee - Memphis. He expanded his practice to include breast surgery, body contouring, and a wide range of cosmetic procedures.
