Kara Walker is a board-certified and licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) and expert Aesthetic Injector at Shah Plastic Surgery. She graduated with honors from Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry and a master’s degree in Natural and Applied Sciences.
Prior to becoming a physician assistant, she was a Research Scientist at the Mercy Medical Research Institute where she worked with Dr. Bharat Shah in the design and development of medical devices.
She received her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Missouri State University in 2012. She has been working alongside Dr. Bharat Shah since that time. Kara has extensive training both in and out of the operating room and provides informative consultations customizing a treatment plan for each individual. She works closely with patients after surgery ensuring an optimal recovery.
Additionally, Kara focuses on skin rejuvenation procedures like neurotoxin injections and injectable fillers to help patients look and feel their absolute best. Kara is committed to delivering the highest level of patient care and offers the latest in facial aesthetics and injectable techniques.
